Terms of the sponsorship agreement weren’t made available to the general public, but the deal was to start at the 2019-20 season.

Unibet, which is owned by Kindred was the sleeve sponsor for Club Brugge in the previous season will provide official data to the club at the start of the year. Unibet will also support the team’s social responsibility as well as the club’s logo for NO Heart/No Glory which will appear on youth-centered shirts.

In an interview, Club Brugge CCO Bob Madou expressed joy and excitement for the largest sponsorship in the club’s history. While there’s been interest from the sports betting industry to work with Club Brugge, this is the second sponsorship deal by a Kindred-owned business in the last two days.

English Premiership League side Leeds United also finalized an extended two-year sponsorship with sportsbook company 32Red. Unibet will sponsor the club’s match kit during their pre-season tour of Australia.

The extension will allow parent company Kindred to continue holding all exclusive betting rights at Leeds United.
